Netscreen, H3C and JunOS CLI support

Hello, I've just done a pull request to add CLI support to Netscreen, H3C and JunOS.

  1. There are 2 caveats, neither has been tested with IPv6.
  2. H3C needs to add a phrasebook, wich is a bit problematic, as it has to be added where Net-CLI-Interact is installed and not inside Netdot file tree. In my system it goes into /usr/share/perl5/auto/share/dist/Net-CLI-Interact/phrasebook/h3c/pb (/usr/share/perl5/auto/share/dist/Net-CLI-Interact/phrasebook/h3c directory needs to be created). pb file is attached, remove the .txt file extensión, as github doesn't allow me attach without an extension. pb.txt

Hello, Do you prefer that I pull each device on each own and try to test IPV6 support prior to it?. Greetings
