Portable.
Can't seem to get the portable to launch. I originally had the installable version installed, but tried using the portable after uninstalling and rebooting. launching the program does nothing, rebooting the machine afterwards results in an error popup related to customicons.exe
Do you have the .NET Framework 4.8 (x86) installed? It would not launch without it.

Delete the application.config file and relaunch customIcons.
