Count windows not in focus as inactive

Currently if you have multiple windows opened they all count towards the visit time of a website even if they are not in focus. Would it be possible to change the default behavior to only count the visit time of the window in focus?

It should already not count towards it after 5 seconds with the new Idle Timeout. as long the mouse/keyboard is not doing stuff on that tab.
