Not able to download Cucumber on Eclipse 2023-06 unable to find repository

Eclipse IDE for Java Developers Version: 2023-06 (4.28.0) Build id: 20230608-1333

I am not able to download Cucumber plugin 1.0.0202106240526 from the marketplace or install in software I think I have tried everything I even downloaded Eclipse 2022-09 but same issue

I get the following message

Unable to read repository at https://cucumber.github.io/cucumber-eclipse-update-site-snapshot/content.xml. Unsupported or unrecognized SSL message

The Updatesite URL is

https://cucumber.github.io/cucumber-eclipse/update-site/main/

please note that it only works in Eclipse an is not intended to be used in a browser.

Please then check with your IT staff if github is blocked, any proxy is in effect or similar, at least I can access the site from the "normal" internet connection.

Hey, I was able to solve the problem. I had to add the plug-in by and off-line link, which had to download the package and install manually Thank you
