Swipeview doesn't work when placed inline and user swipes out of container

Swipeview doesn't work when swiping out of container in inline example. Also doesn't work if Swipeview is placed in iframe and user swipes out of iframe.

Tested in Chrome Version 30.0.1599.101 m with example: http://cubiq.org/dropbox/SwipeView/demo/inline/

Also breaks on all Android browsers I've tested on.
