Step VCR buttons apparently non-responsive during animation

While a move is animating, the VCR > and < buttons serve to continue the current move. I believe they should snap to the beginning [end] of the next [previous] move and continue animating from there. The idea is if I want to step forward three moves I should be able to click > rapidly three times rather than having to wait for each independent animation to finish.
