Find Facebook friends on app

Clarification: This feature shows you if your FB friends are ALREADY on Tempo (i.e. Shows you them first in adding friends and labels them as "Friend on Facebook").

We'll mock something up by Sunday. Maybe backend could start working on the functionality if it doesn't exist?

Ideally this should be fixed by the next release!

We decided to keep it simple. People tab will be sorted by:

1. Facebook friends on top (facebook friends sorted by # of mutuals, probably?)
2. Other Tempo Users sorted by follow count (can scroll to keep loading until there are no more users left to show)

EDIT: (If you can do 1.5 would show mutual followers. i.e. "Has mutual followers. And this would if Jon is followed by 10 people that I also follow)
