DragTab can't trigger close

Version: ^1.81 (npm) If change dragTab to Tab then close event is fine.

And official mix all feature example has same issue (Windows 7 / Chrome 66.0.3359 )

If pressDelay = 100，Click the close button is invalid. If pressDelay = 500，Click the close button is fine.

I think it's because the click event hides the li element and creates new one with fixed position where the close button isn't a child. Preferably, the close button shouldn't be a child of the li element, but a sibling.

Even the example given is having problem in windows with draggable tabs and close button
