[BUG] 内存中的key没有持久化到rocksdb

复现步骤： 1、使用redis-shake通过restore rdb file导入key 2、导入完成后执行info keyspace查看key信息，直到evicts值不再增加 #Keyspace db0:keys=34897,evicts=142868,metas=0,expires=0,avg_ttl=0 3、shutdown save 4、重新启动xredis-ror 5、执行info keyspace查看key信息 #Keyspace db0:keys=0,evicts=142868,metas=0,expires=0,avg_ttl=0
