Allowing --frozen to show the diff in the CI

It would be great to have a way for --frozen to show the diff when detected so that it can be visible directly in the CI if there's a mismatch.

  • annotate version: gem "annotate", "~> 3.2.0"
  • rails version "rails", "~> 7"
  • ruby version: ruby "3.1.4"
