Docker image windows -- how to start or run phanatsus docker image in windows

Hi,

I downloaded the docker version on windows. The instructions on Docker are for linux.

1. How can one start the program in windows?
2. Is the docker image self-sufficient? Any additonal programs?

@c2b2pss We never tested the docker image on Windows, but I hope it should work fine, the same commands should be runnable from Windows Subsystem for Linux shell. Let us know if there are particular problems with that.

The docker image is self-sufficient, yes. Alternatively, you can install as an R package, it also should work fine.
