Hi, is there a peer reviewed publication for fgsea? I saw the preprint but would love to be able to cite the published work in some papers of ours.

I have a similar request. I would like to cite fgsea for regulatory submission (To the US FDA), and for that, I would need a peer-reviewed version of the article. Could you please direct me to the correct source?

Hi,

Currently there is no fgsea publication in a peer-reviewed journal. The official citation is: G Korotkevich, V Sukhov, N Budin, B Shpak, MN Artyomov, A Sergushichev. Fast gene set enrichment analysis. bioRxiv, doi:10.1101/060012.
