Leaving video paused for 30mins-1hr causes csync video ID value for that stream to be undefined

Also sometimes causes all data to be wiped, such that on the first listen you don't get any results, until the stream is updated.

this issue doesn't seem to be happening anymore. the only thing that fails now is the heartbeat stops working for the ios user.
