Can I skip step 1 (crop and align faces)?

So, I have like 82700 pictures of cropped and aligned faces. Wait for step 1 to be done is a bit long so I am wondering if step 1 can be skipped and the program starts from step 2?

I'd also like to know if stages can be skipped. e.g. when a crash happens and it's already done Stage 1-3 etc.
