How to Draw a Violin Plot

Hello, I'd like to know how to draw a violin plot after filtering out the contaminated residues in the differential gene list. After the step of mast.all = mast.all [res > 5], only the information between genes and cell types can be obtained. There is no cell information. I would like to know how to associate these information with cells to draw a violin plot.
