Feature: Have an exclusion list of site/URL title lookups

Certain terms and sites should not trigger a check and retrieval for the title. For example:

• asp.net (when mentioning the technology)
• Pretzel Rocks music (https://prtzl.to/...)

These values should be stored as part of the configuration or in a database. Handling wildcards and patterns, such as regular expressions and globbing would make this easily usable.
