how to build windows bin file by self

Hi, I have already see the windows bin file, but I changed some code for my system, so how to bulid it by myself, any good document?

Compiling in windows isn't for the feint of heart, unless you use their ecosystem. That's quite a rabbit hole and can't be explained in a single post. You are going to have to work for this one. The masters at Microsoft like to control that part of the computer.

Use WSL, and get the right tool chain. That's how I do it.
