Bug with planting (Planters are being stuck after harvesting or sowing a plant). They go and do something else every plant. Cant use farming anymore.

Describe the bug
Planters keep being stuck every single plant they sow or harvest. This leads not only to heavy laggs and performance issues, it also leads to a second, red error message depending on a "DubsBadHygieneFertiluer+H" error message. With my planters loosing job focus after every single plantwork, leaving the field again and a lagg for every harvested plant this bug is really getting out of hand. To reproduce it I just have to load any safe or start any new game. It appeared only a few times back then, where restarting fixed it. Now it stays permanently and cannot be fixed by disabling /enabling rimthreaded and/ or restarting the game. Any help to fix this is higly appreciated. I cannot start a new colony all few ingame monthns.
Edit: New info about the bug. The bug only very few happens on one map only. Whenever a SECOND map, no matter what map is open, the bug occurs and stays persistent as long as that second map is open. When the bug want to be fixed after the second map is closed, a restart of the game is required. Saving with the bug active has no impact.
This does only (with a few exeptions sometimes of course) happen when, while the second map is open, somone ACTIVLY cuts any plant, field or tree or sows. The bug can 8/10 times be prevented by forbidding sowing, cutting and harvesting on the whole map (double clicking on fields while zoomed out, only chopping wood when not on second mission) until the second map is closed, (f.e a digging camp is finished and on the way back. The bug does NOT count for travelling caravans. After the second map is closed and ships from SRTS are back, or the caravan is on the map and the camp is deleted, in 8/10 times the sowing can be reallowed without the bug occuring. Makes second colonies impossible if plants or not only aquired via trading or raiding only.
Highly suspection Dubs Bad hygiene and/or Fertile fields to cause it. First is mentioned in the red error logs. Maiby something about simple sidarms with them spam switching between tool and weapons. (Not confirmed)
❗❗❗IMPORTANT INFO: EDIT: The bug does NOT occur on maps OVER 125x125 files. Ive been testing mods like "set up camp" or "reroll map" that allow to lower map sizes under original choosen map for settling. For first I thought it only supports vanilla sizes, aka: 200, 225, 250, 275, (300, 325). But when going down lower and lower and I wanted a second map with low recourse usage I found out that exactly down to 125x125 the bug does not appear. As soon as going lower (120x120) it happens. This makes it exeptionally annoying with vanilla encounters (harvest camp, emitter, etc) as those maps are exactly 120x120 so far. Just under the step to be buggy ;D. (Fertile fields did not cause it after all. Deinstall that mod didnt fix it). I did not test sizes larger as 275 as its not recommended by game itself to go over 275 anyway.
Steps to reproduce the behavior (VERY IMPORTANT)
- Open a second map, not matter what, caravan, mission, interesting site.
- Have any planter CUT/SOW andy plant, tree, field. The error will start and stay till restart.

I have a similar bug wherein it says that the pawn who is farming started 10 jobs in one tick, and they get stuck as well. Disabling the planting job priority to none in the work tab completely fixes it, but I can't plant anymore with that.

Hmm I remeber seeing yours but not with plants. Actually not once using rimthreaded I had this bug using rimfeller and placing napalm under a forbidden door. my colonists tried to deconstruct the door to build it but couldnt as it was forbidden what made them stuck.
If I would guess I would think maiby the planting pods on your picture from SO2 are not regonized by rimthreaded with your modlist and therefore "forbidden". Hard to test for me as I not own SO2 in my current run. I slimed by modlist down pretty hard to enjoy rimthreaded.
I have SOS2 working with 95% reliability with rimthreaded, in exception for ship battles.
Last patch or change completly broke it. I am now unable to anytime grow plants anywhere as soon as a second map is open, no matter so far the size
