Using Slither Plugin (VSCode) have fixed all error and problems (High,Medium,Low,Informational) now problem Error in workspace

Hello, I corrected all the errors and problems (high, medium, low, and informational) in my files. So I tried slither again to see if it would say something about no errors which I can show my boss. What I get instead is Error: Error in workspace.... umm how did it work so well for the analysis? and now says this. How do you fix it? please help! Tamzin
