[BUG]: Keyboard layouts missing

Describe the bug

Latin america is missing on the keyboard layouts section of the installer.

To reproduce the bug

Just check the keyboard layouts section while installing crystal

Expected behavior

Being able to select more kb layouts than what is presented currently.

Additional context

As an example I would use "Spanish (Latin America, Colemak)" as my kb layout, but there's no way to select latin america or any of its countries (except for Brazil).

Hey @AlgebraicB thanks for opening this. Is there any chance that you see it in the output of localectl --list-keymaps ?

(You can also use localectl --list-keymaps --no-pager if you want to grep it.)

And this is what I see on my current Fedora Silverblue install:

(I don't know if you need this last one but I put it here just for the keymap names)
