Unexpected window enlargement behavior when resizing near macOS menu bar

Summary

As shown in the following video, there is a misbehavior in the resize function. When enlarging the application window at the top edge and reaching the macOS menu bar, the application window extends downwards until it reaches its full height.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enlarge the application window at the top edge.
2. Move the mouse into the area of the macOS menu bar during the process.

Expected Behavior

No enlargement of the application window downwards.

Actual Behavior

The application window enlarges downwards.
