I haven't been able to reproduce this on our working branch for V4, so i'm going to assume this is entirely MusicKit-faulted. This issue will be closed alongside 4.x's release.
Unable to provide an ETA as we're still relatively early in development. Replacing MusicKit is a massive chore as it's a massive library that is completely obfuscated.
Fixed in 4.x, left open until 4.x is released for tracking purposes.
Should be addressed in 3.1, made some changes to how hardware acceleration works under Linux environments.
Did notice a bug with the previewer where it cant read the image; Will look into it tomorrow.
Sure that's doable, ill throw it in with the rest of my fixes later today.

I'll look into this, I can't give any promises though due to AppleScript's nature of being. We'll have to kinda carefully develop around this with our own interfaces to talk...
This should now be resolved.
