exchange specific blocked coins

Looking at the history for some coins that have deposit/withdrawal issues on one exchange they appear to be very profitable for arbitrage on other exchanges. Especially as more exchanges are added, it would be helpful to be able to have a blockedCoins list for each individual exchange.
