Enhancement: Add log files to acquis.yaml on cscli install

Hi,

atm when you install a new scenario / collection with cscli install xxx the acquis.yaml file is not updated. You have to do it yourself. If you don't know how the system work you won't do anything and your scenario won't work at all...

Then people will complain, crowdsec doesn't work, nothing never work at the end with computer and they will just quit their job to go back to farm the land...

You need to add some auto update on acquis.yaml to save the world ;)

Hello @LtSich , thanks for the suggestion. It is plan to have a new command in cscli which will allow to (re)detect and (re)generate the acquis.yaml file.
