Publish to chocolatey

Chocolatey - is a package manager for Windows.

It would be a great way to simplify CLI installation and updates on WIndows.

Possible ways I see:

  • Attach an executable file to each release and configure CI to publish it on release.
  • Build executable file on CI and publish.
  • Any other solutions?
