[Feature Request] Global Prefix

Suggestion: Add a "use prefix" toggle option for commands and a global prefix so any trigger can be declared as command and called with !command if the global prefix is set to ! or .command of it is set to .

I know but what if I have 30+ commands with prefix and for any reason I want to change my bot's prefix, now I have to edit 30 commands one by one. That could be avoided with a global prefix that can be changed + an option in each command like [✅] Use Prefix so those prefix-based commands use that global prefix while the no-prefix-based commands like the word "yes" are just triggers with no global nor local prefix
