Ability to quickly view list of constructors you're following

For solve-only user accounts (i.e., no Constructor Blog), add a feature to see a list of which constructors you're following. Besides being able to quickly see who you're following, it would also allow a user to quickly find puzzles posted by their favorite constructors without having to sort through the full list or seek out each constructor one-by-one.

This is a good idea! I'm not sure exactly where it should live on the UI. Could bury it on the "account" page but that is mostly "settings" now. Or could put it on the homepage somewhere if you're logged in
