After pressing the refresh, repositories are added again to the filters

Describe the bug After using the refresh button reposity options in the repository filters are added again while the old one not cleaned up

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Have PR's in multiple repositories
Open the extension.
Apply filter on the creator
Notice in the repository filter each repository is listed just once (expected)
Press the refresh button (blue button the in screenshot)
Notice the the reposity filter each repository is listed now twice (just once expected)
refrsh again; notice repositories are now listed again

Expected behavior I would expect that after reloading each repostiroy is still just once suggested in the repository filter option

Same thing is happening for us, but you do not have to filter on anyone; anytime we press the refresh button, an additional instance of each repository is listed.
