Caddy module for saml sso (via crewjam/saml)

Hi there,

I just want to let the community know that I am working on a caddy module that uses this great library to provide saml sso. I know @greenpau has done this amazing work module for Caddy. Mine is way more modest and focuses only in SAML SSO.

Anyway, just wanted everybody know in case it is useful and you want to provide feedback.
