Convenience of this great addon is impaired by having to go back and forth to read both text and comments. Suggestion: - Press of icon gets both text and comments...

Currently it is a bit of a shitshow to implement new settings as I need to define a setting in four different places.

This might just be inherent to the way spacing works, but increasing the `Line height` option in the extension settings does not increase the height of the space between paragraphs....
