feat: Import DID on wallet in platform

Upon reviewing the credo-ts code for importing wallets with PostgreSQL, it has been observed that PostgreSQL does not support the ProfilePerWallet configuration. As per the discussion with @ankita-p17, this task is currently placed on hold.
