Not Accepting the service

I am working on this theme its just superb but there is one problem that i want to use this with my ASP.Net web API and for that purpose i make the service here but unfortunatlly its not accessing it. Its giving error. Other main problem is that its not give intellisence of build in components .Kindly resolve this issue i would be thankful to you for this favour

I just reopen the project reinstall the NPM so its work for me.

Hi @chelaruc now i want to inquire that i want to use wizard in form please let me know how can i use it i searched alot by google and apply multiple process but no one is competable with this theme. I am really worried because its my basic requirement. I would be really thankfull to you for this favour
