[Feature Request] How are the script and css files injected during 'npm run build'?

What is your enhancement?

I am trying to adjust the paths dynamically into a Flask backend, so my routes render the index.html file generated during the build process. In order to do so, I am looking into how the js and css files are associated to the index.html in build/static and build/index.html.

Also, is this tech support or is that a separate link? I can't find anything on tech support.
