Issue when deploying on Heroku

First thank you for the great dashboard.

I have made few modification to use it with mongodb and it works perfectly on my localhost. However I am trying to deploy using Heroku but all JS CSS VENDOR links are missing and I have sped quite some time trying to figure out without success. Can you please help? Thanks
