3.0 jurisdiction-variants confusing
I found it confusing that https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/us/legalcode and https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/legalcode are different licenses. Maybe links between these different variants would help others avoid the same confusion?
My own thought is that notices would be nice here. It would be nice to have a notice of some kind on earlier versions saying that for people applying the licenses to their own works they may wish to consider the most recent version (I half-remember some internal conversation about this where I think we wanted to hold off for a while particularly until there were more translations, maybe?). As the jurisdiction ports are all earlier versions, something similar would work there.
(Noting for people watching the thread that where you are using someone else's licensed work, you must use the license & version you were given by the licensor.)
