we only want to download stable versions

looks like beta releases also make it to pie, so we'll need to rewrite the logic for both

Seems redis has stable release 6.3.0 and have no problem fetching it. But afaik there is no API to select version for pecl.

Yeah, we'd need to get the info from the versions page and select the download from there.

Redis is now at 6.3.0 stable, but was at 6.3.0 beta, which made it into the rpm/debs.
