Please consider creating a separate repository for autotag.vim, like

https://github.com/tpope/vim-fugitive

This would allow including autotag as a a bundle easier.

I have pulled the autotag out to a separate repo here: https://github.com/mtscout6/vim-ctags-autotag and I have taken pull request #10 as that was causing me problems.
