Entry/product page link propagation issue in multi site setup

Link to any entry/product page within a redactor field points to primary site even when clicked/redirected from non primary site page.

Seems similar to #163

Create localised redactor field.
Create section containing above field with Save entry to all sites enabled for this section propagation.
Create an entry for above section add text with links in redactor field like: 1 .Add a text and create it a link and add english in site dropdown in link settings modal. 2 .Add another text with link and Link to current site in site dropdown.
Save new entry, and open it in any non primary site to see on clicking the link we are redirected to primary site despite of that non primary site.

PHP version:7.4
Database driver & version: mysql Ver 8.0.29-0ubuntu0.20.04.3 for Linux on x86_64
Plugins & versions: Redactor, Ver 2.10.10
