fftw3 error

I test the code with fftw3.3.5，win64. The test code used for the configuration of the test environment ran successfully, but the engineering code kept getting errors, and the external symbol (LNK2019) could not be explained. Could you please tell me whether it is the version problem of the library or something?Or CMakeList?
