Mostly likely this is a dependency mismatch. What versions of node and redis are you using.

i'm using node 10.31 and redis 2.8

Thanks, I'll see if I can replicate. Dunno if this is integrated into your app or what, but it would be helpful if you could clone this repo on your server, run npm install, and npm test.
