平台检测里显示哪些主机解锁哪些平台，比如 奈飞 tiktok chatgpt 台湾疯 等等。可以设置每1个小时2个小时或者3个小时等等时间进行自动检测

国内检测不到的就显示不支持，因为国内本是就不支持奈飞 tiktok chatgpt。 国外的自然而然能检测这些，在加上现在很火的gemini，希望都加上
