[health] Add Capability to get Sleep Stages data

Add Capability to get Sleep Stages data such as REM Sleep, Deep Sleep, Light Sleep, Awake (during sleep) provide by Google Fit for Android device. All sleep stages store in HealthDataType.SLEEP_ASLEEP.

as ios 16 also supports these sleep stages, maybe another approach would be to either add separate health data types for those or extend the generic HealthValue like a SleepHealthValue that contains the full sleeep analysis (rather than adding a new json attribute just for this purpose).
