ITK reader (GDCM) complains about the header in (only) some GIPL files
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In the development build (DEV.4026) but not in 32-bit v9.8.3784
2. Attempting to read certain signed-short valued GIPL files with ITKReader
Error message:
Unable to execute part 0 of module dvm0 (ITKReader):
..\..\..\..\archive\Insight\Code\IO\itkGDCMImageIO.cxx:805: itk::ERROR:
GDCMImageIO(000000000A9A28A0): Could not read header from file: abc.gipl
Reason: No error

Problem is an issue with DEV.4026 - also works in 64-bit v9.8.3784

Do you mean that the problem is still an issue with 4026, or that it's NOT an
issue?

Uhm sorry for the confusion (my bad). It *is* a problem in 4026, but NOT an
issue in either 32-bit or 64-bit 9.8.3784.

Here is the same error. Still cannot see why this is a problem with 4026 and no
problem with 9.8.3784. This file was part of a set where the rest worked with
both 4026 and 9.8.3784, but this one only worked with the latter.
