missing 7.2.0 language compatibility setting

We should open another doc ticket to update the curl page https://docs.couchbase.com/server/current/eventing/eventing-curl-spec.html descibing this new language compatibility setting and also the curl override url_encode_version

Note, this new setting 7.2.0 allows changing the behaviour of cURL URL encoding in the event there is an issue with a customer. As per https://issues.couchbase.com/browse/MB-55045 works around a rare case of incorrect encoding URL parameters note in 7.2.0, we have decided not to take on the responsibility of URL encoding at all. Additionally in the JavaScript we can supply a flag like url_encode_version: 6.6.2.
