Schema assignments return 403.shtml error

Issue Description

Running on latest PHP + Dokuwiki + Struct + SQlite.

When I try to assign schemas using regular expressions, everything after the first entry redirects to a 403.shtml page that doesn't exist. ModSecurity makes no difference. htaccess rewrite of URLs enabled.

I was able to assign schemas through SQL commands.
