Creating project : selection of user messy

I wanted to create a project IBL-wide.

Selecting the users became very messy as we only use first names, or even nicknames, as user names.

Is there a way to filter by organisation? E.g. segregating Cortex Lab Alyx VS IBL Alyx ? That might become important if Alyx is used in several location for colony management.

One possible solution: have a single user encompassing all users, e.g. 'IBL' would encompass all Alyx users of IBL; another for 'CortexLab' etc. Then the list of single users if needed (as is displayed currently).

Note to self: perhaps use this to override the names in thist list box in the admin interface, using for example labname_firstname_lastname instead of username
