Support for encrypted dicom

Hi,

I see the Backlog lists "Support for encrypted dicom". Are there any plans to add this?

I've been trying to decrypt dicom CMS data, but getting stuck on the PWRI-KEK key wrap. Any ideas where to look, or perhaps node packages to use?
