Mention integrated migration feature in Readme

Since a while this tool should only be used if internal func does not work and you need migration now (instead of reporting issue and wait getting it fixed)

In future this tool could use the internal migration func via gitea-sdk ...

And add migrate whole organisations (batch migration support) would make this tool valuable again ...
