Add support for instance IAM roles

This adds support for IAM roles.

This requires https://github.com/AdRoll/goamz/pull/433 to function. The repo above isn't currently being using in this repo at the time of this PR.

There are some details regarding the surrounding packages but maybe this code will help someone.

I realize this may or may not be needed on the Pocket version. I unfortunately don't have time to check that out at the moment.

will this ever be merged in? supporting IAM roles is very useful for deployed environments
