Ability to omit certain fans from average RPM

Describe the new feature you would like

I have a closed loop water cooler on my CPU. The pump is run off the CPU_PUMP fan header. Pumps need to run at 100% all the time otherwise it can damage the pump. Because of this I would like to be able to omit the pump "fan" from being part of the average fan speed calculation as it heavily skews the average upwards.
